I would like to take this time to thank you for the assistance of the purchase of our new Honda Civic. I always find the car buying experience trying because of the pressure the sales people try to put you under. Honda Cars Insider Advice took the time to contact the dealers here in Ottawa to get the best possible deal. Jim then sent me the information on the dealers that were willing to negotiate the best bottom line. After Jim did the negotiating all I had to do was to go in and actually sign the papers. The dealer did not try to put on any extras or pressure me into buying any unwanted add ons.
