Dealer Games

Bad Honda dealership experience ...
Dealer North of Toronto. Told them "give me your best no-messing-about deal on a new Pilot ... and where do I sign.

Passed to a salesman who told me some fibs about a Pilot "just my colour and spec" that was coming in ... and then became unavailable, via phone and email, as did the Pilot!

Complained to Manager, who switched me to another salesman. Keen approach from him but, at the last minute the price quoted for my trade-in as part of the agreed deal fell appart.

It smelled like more "dealer games" ... so I walked.

Over to Subaru. Bought a Tribeca. No games and no regrets 4 years later.
